Any Conventional loan lenders in the community for Texas? Situation - The buyer bought the house owner financed that was wrapped by the seller since he had underlined mortgage. The buyer has paid all his dues to the seller but the bank called him and threatened to foreclose since the seller did not pay his 75k dues that the buyer did not know about. Now the buyer wants the loan of 75k to pay that off AND some extra to sue the seller.
