TBJ...Hybrid...Regenerative... If you are like me, you might find yourself ranking and comparing these experiences to one another. Have you asked yourself, which one is best? Have you ever thought " but it is ONLY a regenerative journey"? I have. I began to challenge this dualistic way of thinking as I began hearing of radical transformation taking place with coaches that focus mostly on regenerative journeys. As I had to cope with an aging demographic coming to me with numerous contraindications ( not to mention the contraindications I deal with) I began writing hybrid journeys that only have 14-18 minutes of conscious connected breathing and I am seeing people having such incredible breakthrough experiences, including deep emotions and psychedelic-type visions. I think that the breath is powerful, I think our intentions our powerful, I think inspired words are powerful. We have all three. A transformed life is the end goal, not how loud we scream, how much tetany, or whether we are having an outwardly quiet experience. From my observation, breathwork coaches all over are delivering journeys that are helping people radically transform their lives, who cares how we get there? I love that all of our lights and expressions of that light are different. Some are like 100 candles, some are big search lights, some are oil lamps. At the end of the day, people just need the light. Let's welcome all the variety.

But with the necessary trust in ourselves and above all in the trust that we are all connected, we are open to the possibilities and like to share our knowledge and support others, it is becoming easier and easier for all of us 🙏🏼🦋😇 And that’s also what @Brian Kelly do. Yes, I made it! I’m so exciting about it! 🤗 It was really so exciting to experience how differently the body reacts with the different variants during the breathing breaks. Usually with a tingling throughout the body, and on day 4 despite the mega fast breathing was just silence in the breathing break, in the body and also in the mind, so peaceful. Today I had a metallic taste in my mouth … Possibly heavy metal detoxification? Does anyone else know that? Anyway, I'm looking forward to tomorrow with the 9D 12 minutes of breathing, and the 5 minutes of breathing during the day. 🥰
Hello, I hate to ask but I’m really struggling with the week 9 quiz. I had a family emergency and need a couple of weeks to get life sorted. I have taken countless notes, watched the video 3 times and have been reviewing the week 9 pdf. I can’t seem to answer a single question right except my name and email address. I don’t want answers just some insight on what I’m missing. Thank you to all in advance.

Hey y'all, I'm confused. I am trying to complete module 9 of my certification and I think I am answering the questions incorrectly. Can anyone summarize the format of the answers. I am putting my calculations for offers in but I am not getting credit. Any guidance would be helpful. I'm so damn close.

I'm wondering who else out there might be a student of Dr.Joe? I have been doing his meditations daily for almost 2 years now and have been to 3 of his amazing events. Attending his events are what reminded me how powerful breathwork can be and inspired me to start following Brian & Breath Masters on Instagram. Brian's posts kind of blew me how they were so in alignment with the Dr.Joe work! The rest is history 😉 and I am currently in the January certification cohort. I'm very curious to know how you might be using or considering using Dr. Joe's work in your breath work coaching and vice-versa, as they are so very complementary.

I have a question. Say I’m going to do yoga would breathwork be best before/after or both? Also a body pump class. It might be an obvious answer to you, just not to me yet. I am choosing into curiosity asking questions. Thank you in advance for your reply’s. 💙
As a yoga teacher, I can tell you that in the ancient yoga writings it is anchored in such a way that you first breathe, then practice the yoga exercises and then meditation. Another choice would be to practice the breathing right before meditation, so just Brian says in “Day 3” and carries it out itself. However, the goal here is to get you in the mood for meditation, relaxed and focussed. And after this you can do Yoga. In both variants, first breathwork and then Yoga. Nevertheless, try out and feel inside yourself what feels better for YOU. Warm regards 🙂
