Hey everyone! This may be my first official post in this community, but here goes! First, I want to thank @Rebecca Bautista for directing me towards this community. Next, I want to brag about the extreme value of this community and @Brian Rushalski I just finished my first call with him, and he enlightened me in so many ways. Sometimes, you think you know stuff, and you're so used to doing things a certain way (TurboTax since 2004 🫠) that you don't know what you're missing. I learned so many deductions and, just simple tax strategies that I have missed. If you haven't already, please book a call with Brian and let him enlighten you too! I would have never thought I'd say this ever, but I am now excited for tax season 2026!

Is it worthwhile to as a self employed person list the premiums of my families health insurance coverage. I thought it lowered overall net? Would going for a more expensive health plan be worthwhile?
