🌟 Accountability Challenge: 100 Days, No Excuses 🌟
Family, I need to be real with you. Consistency has been my Achilles’ heel. I can create, coach, and pour into others with passion, but when it comes to showing up every single day—I’ve dropped the ball more than once. So I’m putting my money where my mouth is. Literally. 👉 For the next 100 days straight, I will post and comment here inside our community. 👉 If I miss a day, I’m sending $200 to charity—and yes, I’ll post the receipts. Why? Because I believe in integrity. I believe in keeping my word. And most importantly—I believe that consistency builds the momentum that changes lives. Mine and yours. This is my way of locking arms with you. Of saying: I’m all in. So hold me accountable. Call me out if I disappear. Celebrate with me as we stack the days. And if I slip, at least we’ll know a good cause got blessed. Here’s to 100 days of showing up, leading with heart, and proving that consistency is a muscle we can train. Special Thanks 💛 Thank you @Brittany Jones for holding coworking space. It means so much. It can be lonely out here in the wilderness, and your presence makes the road brighter. Let’s go. 🦁✨ —Yvette

🧠 The Neuroscience of Confidence
Confidence isn’t a personality trait — it’s a neural pattern. When we act as if we’re capable, the brain doesn’t see pretense. It sees evidence. Each action fires and rewires neurons that tell the nervous system: “I can handle this.” Doubt is simply another neural loop — not truth, just repetition. The way out isn’t louder motivation, it’s consistent interruption. Small, repeated acts of self-trust build stronger circuits than any pep talk. So the next time your chest tightens before speaking up or hitting “post,” try this: 1. Pause. Notice the tension — that’s your brain predicting risk. 2. Exhale slowly. You’re signaling safety to your nervous system. 3. Act anyway. Let the body teach the brain that you’re safe in visibility. Confidence isn’t about being on top of your game its about being calm in uncertainty — and training your brain to follow your lead.

Call On Me — A Note from My Heart
A dear friend and business sister sent me this quote: “You grow into the woman your younger self would run to for protection.” Tears. I haven’t said much about this community as a whole, but I want you to know something deep: this community is our older self. The one we prayed for. The one we needed. The one who stands as a beacon when everything else feels dim. The House of Confidence is not a brand. It’s a living, breathing promise — a place for the woman who just needs a heart to sit next to when all she sees is darkness. Confidence isn’t a toy to play with; it’s a foundation. It’s what you believe about yourself when no one is watching. Am I flawed? Yes. Incredible? Also yes. Sad, kind, angry, fierce — all of it lives here. But when someone whispers, “Hey, no matter what you feel… you are magnificent. You are okay. You are alive. You are real. You are seen.”That’s when we stand taller. If you are here, it’s because you belong. You are both correct and wrong, soft and steel, light and shadow. You are the woman others look to when they need the woman you’ve become. I’ve watched women be overlooked, silenced, abused, and dismissed. I’ve seen them betray their own values just to belong. Here, no more. Here, we stand tall in our truth — and we say, “I am the power. I am the villain. I am the hero of my own story. ”And we mean it from the gut. The past matters, yes — but it is not the whole of you. It’s a single brick, a speck of dust that helped form the incredible being you are now. The question is, will you let it bury you… or build you? Here, we build. Together. We demand safety, authenticity, and realness. Not everyone will belong, and that’s okay — we wish them well. But if you are here, I want you to speak. Talk about what hurts, what heals, what’s dripping out of you that needs to be seen. This house was made for that. Let’s create spaces — in our lives, in our businesses — that are warm, welcoming, and unwavering. Let’s build a light that darkness cannot swallow. Let’s build our House of Confidence.

What is Executive Presence?
Executive Presence is not confidence alone; it’s the intersection of composure, skills, clarity, and command that makes people lean in when you speak. True presence is quiet power — not performance. It’s the ability to hold tension, direct emotion, and stabilize the energy of a room simply by how you occupy it. When your inner state is aligned with your external communication, people don’t just hear you — they trust you. 🪞Reflection : Where in your life do you command attention without trying and where do you overexplain to earn it?
