Sorry I missed it. I hope it was fun!!
Are you playing a finite or INFINITE game?
This topic came up on a group call in my community today. ❓Are you playing a finite or infinite game in your business? A really simple description: - Finite games are played to win. - Infinite games are played to keep playing. In a finite game, the goal is to beat the other players. (Think sports) 🏀 ⚽️ 🏈 ⚾️ Most overwhelm and burnout happen when we try to play an infinite game (business) with a finite mindset. An infinite game requires inner leadership, because there’s no scoreboard telling you you’re “enough.” It requires listening inward, and choosing long-term alignment over short-term relief. You have to trust the rhythm instead of forcing the outcome. 🌀 💞 I believe the more you tune into your infinite essence, the more infinite life becomes. You can’t ask to be an infinite creator when playing a finite game. 💬 SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS: Are you playing a finite or infinite game in your business? How would an infinite perspective change the game?
Are you playing a finite or INFINITE game?
The infinite game for the win!! (lol) Yes to self-leadership, designing your own defnition of success, and designing a business that reflects your values and works for you and your best life! Thanks @Kim Job this was fun to realize!!

"Supersize my inspiration" - I can't wait!!!!
Do your calendar invites instantly make it clear who they’re for?
You open your calendar, see two overlapping events, and have to click into both just to figure out which group or host each one belongs to — before deciding where to show up live. Quick fix: when creating events, start the title with a shortened group name or host name. For example: AAF – Live Q&A or Angie – Live Q&A. It’s a small detail, but it changes how easy it is for people to navigate their time. I’ve been updating my own lately, and it’s made my calendar noticeably easier to move through. What’s one small detail you’ve noticed that helps people feel more supported inside a group or community?

@Chelena Peart thanks! I love that idea for a What to do this week post. I think that with newer or bigger communities it would be so helpful to limit overwhelm and keep folks coming back.
When Engagement is Slow...What do you think?
Your business is quiet. No engagement. What does your brain instantly make that mean? And yes, it probably involves you being the problem. What are your brain's go to thinks??

@Catherine Robinson It is so hard not to get in your head, especially if you're trying to grow your community and posting things you think are really cool. Of course, the brain chatter comes along to add insult to injury right??!!? How long have you been in Skool?? What have you tried to increase engagement?
