I've set up my AI Strategist and my task for today is to DM 3 people and book 1 insight Chat. Sharing it here for accountability. I've been toying/building a tool around helping people articulate their strengths clearly. It honestly breaks my heart hearing people miss out on work, promotions, or opportunities because they can’t communicate their value — even though they’re brilliant humans. I see this all the time when I help people with their résumés (not a job I officially do, just something I've fallen into). I’ve had an early version of the tool tested a few times and the feedback has been really encouraging. But my AI Strategist has grounded me with a 90-day plan, and my next step is very simple: talk to real people and listen. I don’t want to build this tool because I think there is a problem and people will buy my tool to solve it. I want to build it with real human insight — not based on guesses, and or “founder fantasy”. So step one in my 90-day plan is very simple: Talk to real people. Listen deeply.
