✨ Faith for Healing & Wholeness
God’s desire is not only to heal what is broken, but to make us whole—spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Healing is part of God’s heart, but wholeness goes deeper than relief from pain; it restores us to the life He intended. 📖 “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” (Psalm 147:3) Faith doesn’t mean we never struggle or feel weak. It means we bring our wounds, questions, and fears honestly before God and trust Him with the outcome. Sometimes healing is immediate, sometimes it’s a process—but God is present in every step. Faith for healing looks like: Trusting God even when answers are delayed Praying boldly while resting in His will Choosing hope over discouragement Allowing God to heal the heart, not just the symptoms Wholeness comes when we surrender every part of ourselves to Him—not just the hurting places. As we align our faith with His promises, we open our lives to the peace, strength, and renewal only He can give. What area of your life needs God’s healing touch today?

I need healing in my body, after many prayers it has not happened yet… but I have been healed immediately in the past so I know he can do it so I trust there is a reason.
🙏 “God Said No”: When Prayers Aren’t Answered How We Expect
Few things are harder than praying earnestly and hearing silence—or realizing the answer is “no.” Yet God’s “no” is never rejection; it’s protection, redirection, or preparation. 📖 “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways.” (Isaiah 55:9) When prayers aren’t answered the way we hope, it doesn’t mean God isn’t listening. It means He sees the full picture when we only see a moment. What feels like loss may actually be mercy. What feels like delay may be divine timing. God’s “no” can mean: He has something better in store He’s protecting us from unseen harm He’s shaping our character and faith He’s calling us to trust Him more deeply Faith grows not only when prayers are answered “yes,” but when we continue trusting God even when the answer is different than expected. How can you trust God’s heart, even when His answer isn’t what you prayed for?

The waiting season is hard but oh so necessary! Building up Faith and dependence that his ways are Better, because ultimately he does know us better than we know ourselves! He’s a good God and will give us more than we can ask to receive. Just not the way we wanted sometimes.
Jesus the Good Shepherd 🐑
Jesus calls Himself the Good Shepherd—the One who knows His sheep by name, leads them with love, and never abandons them. Even when the path feels uncertain or overwhelming, He walks ahead of us, guiding, protecting, and restoring our hearts. When we feel lost, tired, or afraid, we’re reminded that we are not meant to walk alone. The Good Shepherd lays down His life for His sheep, showing us what true love, care, and sacrifice look like. Take a moment today to pause, listen, and trust His voice. He knows where you are—and where you need to go. 💛 “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” — Psalm 23:1

Love this, for our feelings are not truths so we must trust him and know his promises are our truth. He will leads us if we just trust his ways❤️
Spiritual Gifts: Prophecy & Discernment
God equips His people with spiritual gifts not for personal recognition, but for the building up of the Church. Two of these gifts—prophecy and discernment—play a powerful role in guiding, protecting, and encouraging the body of Christ. The gift of prophecy is not only about foretelling future events; it is often about speaking God’s truth, encouragement, correction, and direction in alignment with His Word. True prophecy points people back to God, strengthens faith, and brings clarity in times of confusion. The gift of discernment allows believers to recognize what is from God and what is not. It helps us sense spiritual truth, identify deception, and respond wisely to situations and teachings. Discernment keeps us grounded and protects us from being led astray. Both gifts must operate in humility, love, and obedience to Scripture. When used properly, prophecy and discernment work together—one speaks God’s message, while the other ensures it aligns with His Spirit and truth. Let us seek these gifts with sincere hearts, asking God to use them to serve others, glorify Him, and strengthen the Church. “To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.” — 1 Corinthians 12:7

Amen, such a good word! I truly believe that discernment is incredibly important and powerful for us to walk this spiritual path!
MLK Day: Justice Through the Lens of Christ
Martin Luther King Jr. Day is more than a remembrance of history—it is a call to reflect on justice, love, and courage through the teachings of Christ. Dr. King’s vision of justice was deeply rooted in his Christian faith. He believed that true justice could never be separated from love, humility, and moral responsibility. Jesus taught us that justice is not about power or retaliation, but about restoration. He stood with the oppressed, welcomed the marginalized, and challenged systems that devalued human dignity. When Dr. King spoke about equality, peace, and nonviolence, he echoed Christ’s call to love our neighbors, forgive our enemies, and seek righteousness even when it comes at great personal cost. Biblical justice asks us to see people not as categories or labels, but as God’s children—worthy of respect, compassion, and opportunity. It invites us to listen before judging, to act with mercy, and to confront injustice not with hatred, but with courage grounded in faith. On this day, we are reminded that justice is not passive. It requires action shaped by love. It requires us to examine our hearts, our words, and our choices. Are we building bridges or walls? Are we reflecting Christ’s love in how we treat others—especially those who are different from us or who are struggling? Dr. King once said, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” Through the lens of Christ, we understand that justice is not optional—it is part of our calling. As followers of Jesus, we are invited to walk humbly, love deeply, and act boldly for what is right. Today, let us honor MLK not only with words, but with lives that reflect Christ-centered justice—rooted in love, guided by faith, and committed to hope for a better tomorrow.

This is so good, it calls my memory back to my grandfather who was a pastor. Do unto others as you would have done to you. It always makes me stop and think, how would I want to be treated in this situation. The word says to take your thoughts captive, so I try to think before speaking. I want to always treat people with kindness and Love and respect ❤️ MLK was such a true leader with Christ minded words and Love.
