CRM Features
Is there a guide, post, or video overview of all the features of the CRM? Or just how to use it in general? I would just love to see if I can use it to implement upgrade and cancellation automations via zapier or something.

Okay so I just hit lvl 3 (okuuurrrrr) and I downloaded the goose extension but it's saying I didn't. The customer support rep that button leads to has her DMs off until im lvl 5 :) what do I do. I want my goose buddy
