If you are feeling compelled to throw out (or donate) old clothes, socks, shoes, etc... THAT is a Root Chakra Healing integration confirmation! You are evolving and growing and raising your vibrational frequency (the light quotient & coherence in your field) every single day. And when you do this level of healing and energy work - that is amplified exponentially. Which means your old clothes are going to be carrying vibrational patterns you've outgrown. Maybe even the energy of blocks you've cleared doing this work. Since your clothes are absorbing the energy that is being transmitted by your root chakra - it makes sense, right? When you toss or donate old shoes or clothes - it is a physical confirmation of RELEASING old energy that you've outgrown or no longer serves you. ROOT CHAKRA SHOPPING 🛍️ Buy yourself something NEW for your root chakra. Even if it's just a pair of fresh new socks. 🧦 When you purchase new: - Pants - Shoes - Socks - Undergarments (anything you wear on your lower body) You are bringing fresh new energy in for your Root chakra. ❤️ P.S. And Violet had to be in the pic too of course 😆 Remembering that COLOR is VIBRATION so if you introduce similar vibration to the body (red shirt) it’s going to support the vibration of the corresponding chakra. Btw - I never wear red 🤣 I have one red shirt (this one) I got on sale and thankfully I did so I have it for our root chakra day 1!
