We often measure community health by what we can see: 💬 Comments ❤️ Likes 📝 Posts 🎥 Call attendance 🏆 Challenges completed But here's the uncomfortable part… Activity doesn't always equal belonging. Someone can comment every day and still feel like they're on the outside. Someone can attend your calls but never feel comfortable enough to truly be themselves. Someone can consume everything you post and still wonder: “Do I actually have a place here?” That's why this week we're going to look beyond engagement and talk about belonging. Because the real question isn't only: 👉 “How do I get my members to participate?” It's also: 👉 “How do I create a community where people feel they belong?” And those are two very different questions. So let's start with a little observation today: 👀 Look at your community and think of one member who is active. Then ask yourself: “Do I know whether this person feels like they belong here?” You might not know the answer.
