People Buy Your Certainty More Than Your Slides 🎤
Here’s something I’ve seen again and again: too many entrepreneurs spend weeks perfecting their slides and almost no time building the certainty behind their offer. But here’s the truth: slides don’t sell, certainty does. When Russell teaches inside Prime Mover Foundation, he makes it clear that the audience is always reading you more than your slides. So I'm doing my first Russell-style webinar tomorrow! Wish me luck! My question is, how do we know what went wrong if it doesn't convert like we expect it too? Is there a resource that helps with that?

@Abha Malpani Naismith I did a 2 day workshop Weds and Thurs last week. I incorporated lot of the perfect webinar structure, but also did a lot of teaching. My takeaway is that I taught WAY too much, and I'm considering redoing it this Thurs with only one 10-15 minute teaching segment (that will probably be secret 2) and otherwise following the perfect webinar structure. I'll update you afterwards!

Quick call, text, or voice note saying thanks and "what do you hope to get out of this?" Sounds crazy? I've seen this boost show rates by 30%+. Can be done by any team member. The warmest leads you'll ever have! 7. Timing Is EVERYTHING You could have the PERFECT webinar with amazing slides, incredible content, and a killer offer... but schedule it at 3 AM and NO ONE SHOWS UP because people are SLEEPING! In my experience: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday at 1 PM ET = GOLD. Monday/Friday = DEATH. Worth polling your audience, but start here.

This is such a great question! Beyond being a mother, I produced half of our family's household income working full time. Now that we've relocated abroad, I produce about 75% of our income with my 2 businesses. I also manage our investment portfolio, which we'll let continue to grow until we're at retirement age!

I'm torn between structuring the offer, stacking the bonuses, and promoting it without sounding salesy. I'm a veterinarian, and people already tend to feel that vet care should be free, so I'm trying to focus my offer on the personalized guidance you get inside the program, the amount of time you have to discuss concerns and ask questions, and the emotional impact of not being worried and stressed about your senior dog but rather being able to enjoy their senior years and make happy memories together because you're confident they have a good quality of life.
