This is a fantastic community. Such a supportive group of people. 
Come for rope flow but stay for the enormous diversity of movement practices. You’ll find mace, clubs, sandbags, bo staff, sticks, juggling, isometrics, calisthenics, rope, even some conventional lifting. There’s breathing and rhythm practices thrown in for good measure. 
It’s hard not to feel inspired on a daily basis and encouraged to start movement snacking.
