If you don't have Silver Fir think of the conifers that have cones that stand upright on the branches. Noble Fir (Abies procera), Balsam Fir (Abies balsamea), Korean Fir (Abies koreana) are good substitute

If you want a more internal nourishment for depleted Yin consider Cardamom on Spleen 6 and Stomach 36
Ear Shenmen
Welcome to AcuAroma Enthusiasts. I'm so glad you are here. One of the first acupoint and essential oil combinations I learned was Bergamot on Ear Shenmen. It balances the hemispheres of the brain and encourages a state of parasympathetic relaxation. This is the key to initiate the healing process and allow the body to be receptive. Try this simple combination with Bergamot diluted to 25% with a carrier oil. Share your results and experiences in the comments.
