The first date I can actually make but it’s 3 hours away from me 😩
Along came a spider...
In woods this afternoon, quietly minding may my business, you know shroom hunting, and this little fella popped up to say hello.

I love it when something you’re not expecting appears in photos!
Image stabilisation question
Hi All! I have a question. I’m going to try to photograph slime moulds tomorrow, I’ve not gone out just looking for slime moulds before so I’m looking forward to it. When taking a stack do I have image stabilisation off when using tripod and/or flash. As far I have read it says off, is this right? Thank you for your help

@Peter Boswell Thank you, I’m not very good with the technical side of things. I can find things, take OK photos but there are lots of technical things I need to learn
I found some!
Pretty pleased for a first go, I need quite a bit of practice on getting the settings right to get a super sharp image but this will come with time. I don’t have many people to share this with who would share my excitement so I thought I’d share on here 😆 Edited to include camera (can’t remember settings I’d have to go and check this) OM I mkII 90 mm PRO macro lens 2 x converter Godox flash Cygnustech diffuser Stacked image-no idea how many, need to check Very professional set up consisting of a block of oasis foam with a peg holding the bit of wood and a peg holding some card in the background ☺️

Loupe?
I’m looking at getting a loupe to help me find slime molds. Is there anything in particular I should be looking for? I don’t even know if that’s what it’s called. I think I just heard the word in a video. Thanks for your help.

Beginner macro photographer, I love flowers and insects but I haven’t quite developed my own style yet.
