Are You Here to Watch or to Win 🤔
We’ve got 19 powerful people in this group 👀 but only a few are really tapping in! This community only works if you WORK it. The next level in federal contracting isn’t just about watching — it’s about engaging, asking questions, and taking action. I truly want to see every single one of you WIN. 💪🏾 So let’s reset the energy: 👇🏾 Drop a comment and tell me: • What are you hoping to get from this group? • What’s confusing you right now? • What would help you take action this week? No lurking — we’re building CEOs in here. Let’s talk.

Refuse and Recycle Services Solicitation
I just posted the solicitation above. Before you say, “I don’t have trucks…” — GOOD. You don’t need them. This is a SUBCONTRACT opportunity. Your role = ✔️ Secure the contract ✔️ Partner with a local refuse company ✔️ Manage the relationship ✔️ Get paid That’s it. Now let’s think like contractors 👇🏾 1️⃣ Who would you subcontract this to in your city? 2️⃣ What would be your first step — call vendors or break down the scope? 3️⃣ Is this something you’d feel confident submitting with the right partner? Drop your answer below. No lurking 👀 These “boring” service contracts are where beginners get their first wins. Recurring services = recurring revenue. Who’s ready to at least explore it?

Can you subcontract for any bid? Would you also let the local vendors know you are in a contract and pay them upfront or partially

@Charde Crenshaw ok thank you! the second question is probably a more advance q lol
How many of you have your CAGE code?
Who’s already properly registered with Sam.gov? In order to bid on these contracts you need your CAGE to move forward. If you don’t have this and need help comment below 👇🏾
