Quick check-in for every woman in here 💜
No long story. No overthinking. Finish this sentence: “I’m tired of __________.” That’s it. You don’t have to explain it. Just name it. I’ll go first in the comments. Let’s see what shifts when we say it out loud. — Miriam

I’m tired of society telling what my role should be as a woman in midlife.

@Peter Urbanowski Amen Peter Amen. You sound like a very supportive person and that is refreshing to hear.
SISTER CIRCLE 💜
Ladies… We are gathering for a Sister Circle inside The Freedom Collective. This is not a lecture, and it's not a class. It's a real conversation. We’re sitting together around one honest question: What are you done tolerating? - What are you tired of carrying? - What are you quietly fed up with? - What are you pretending is “fine”… but it’s not? We will listen, share, and support each other. No fixing, no judging.Just real women being real. 📅 March 5 ⏰ 8:00 AM Thailand **(7:00 PM Eastern – March 4)** Please make sure you complete the 'Start Here' section and post your introduction before attending. One sister who attends live will receive a free 20-minute Clarity Call with me. If you’re coming, comment: “I’m in.” Let’s build this the right way.Together. 💜 — Miriam, Your Exit Queen

Can we talk about this 5 AM "Success" Trap?
Hey Queens, Have you noticed how every "guru" online says that if you aren't up at 5:00 AM grinding, you aren't serious about success? I've been thinking about that lately, and honestly? It feels like a trap. Most of those "wake up early" rules were written by men who have never had to deal with night sweats, or hot flashes at 3:00 AM. They don't know what it's like to have your sleep hijacked by hormones and then be expected to jump out of bed and "conquer the day" before the sun is even up. For us, trying to force that kind of energy is just draining. It's not "discipline", it's actually unfair to our bodies. Here's the truth: You do not have to be a member of the 5 AM club to be successful. Success isn't about what time your alarm goes off. It's about how you feel in your own skin. It's about having the freedom to listen to your body and say, "I needed that extra hour of rest today, and that's OKAY." As The Exit Queen, I'm officially giving us permission to exit the "hustle culture" that makes us feel guilty for being human. We are building our own mark for success here. Maybe your success looks like: - Waking up at 8:00 AM feeling actually rested. - Having the energy to go for a walk because you didn't burn yourself out by noon. - Building your business at 9:00 AM because that's when your brain feels most alive. We are exiting the rules that don't serve us so we can find the ones that do. I want to hear from you in the comments: Do you struggle with that "guilt" of not being an early bird? Or have you found a schedule that actually works for your body? Let's talk about it. XOXO, Miriam, Your Exit Queen 👑

@Miriam Davenport I am post menopause and I still don’t buy into that get up at 5 AM and hustle 13 or 14 hours a day to build a business or especially working for someone else. As women 45 and beyond we need to focus on what our next chapter looks like and no longer buy into societal expectations of how we should live our life, especially during menopause season. How's Your Battery?
If your energy was a bank account, are you in the red or the black today? What’s the ONE thing currently "spending" your peace that you’re ready to stop funding?

I do the same thing Miriam here in California if I wake up past 8 o’clock, then I feel that I have wasted time, but I am also trying to reset my brain to realize I’m no longer in the hustle mode and to work accordingly because everything will work out the way it’s supposed to as long as I keep moving forward.
The best gift isn't a "thing." 👑🕊️
Sisters, I just posted a photo of my daughter and me on from her visit here in Thailand. It hit me so hard: I used to think my stress and 'hustle' were the price I had to pay for her security. I was wrong. She didn't need a stressed-out mom who was always 'negotiating' with toxic environments. She needed a radiant mom. 💪🏾 Win: Last week, she got to see the 'After' version of me. The peaceful version. ❓Question for you today: Who are you choosing your peace for? Is it for you, your kids, or the version of you that hasn't been born yet? Let’s hold space for that 'Why' today. 👑
