@Elizabeth R Nope! Being a nurse coach just means that I combine my nursing expertise with coaching theories and holistic support to help people achieve their wellness goals.

@Mahmoud Mahmoud I appreciate you sharing this! I want to meet the business owners who are tired of replacing their people. They have nothing to offer those that need support, so they wait until they can find enough "reason" to let them go, like you said. They're ready to start retaining the company knowledge and keeping good people. But they can't afford to invest in a wellness app or HR program to make the changes they want to see.
