Did we ever find out why bob geldof didn’t like Mondays? 🤔 What’s your goals for this week however big or small share them, you never know it might help spur on someone with theirs. For me bit of personal care, hair needs dying. Just tinted eyebrows and lashes. Need to do tan ( not worn in ages but I need some colour on me) a few jobs around the house and some studying me for me this week. And Saturday we’re off to a Halloween party ( very very excited) yes il be getting dressed up 😍😈

Seen gp this afternoon, all is good just muscular pain. However if in two weeks if no improvement then go back, but ideally I need to give it 6 weeks for everything to settle down. It could be a case I might need some physio as I could have over stretched tendons stopping myself falling. But doc is feeling certain nothing is broken 🙌🏻
