Don't be fooled
Are we still wondering why people fail to hit their fitness goals when they fall for this? Which of these ingredients do you think you need to recover from a workout? By all means, if you take no interest in your health, and you want to eat someones science experiment, then just eat a normal chocolate bar, you don't need a chocolate bar with 13g of poor quality protein in. Protein Blend (Calcium Caseinate (MILK), Whey Protein Isolate (MILK)), Sweeteners: Maltitols, Sucralose; Humectant: Glycerol; Bovine Collagen Hydrolysate, Rapeseed Oil, Cocoa Butter, Polydextrose, Whole MILK Powder, Water, Cocoa Mass, Bulking Agent: Gum Arabic; Emulsifier: Lecithins (SOY); Flavourings, Colour: Carotenes; Concentrates (Sweet Potato, Carrot). .

Tuesday motivation
Listen to every word, and then listen again. It's enlightening when you realise you're doing this for your self love, giving your best is enough.

Diet - Your thoughts?
I hate the word 'diet', to me, it feels like you are prescribing a temporary patch over a much bigger problem. With my clients, we work on ELIMINATING bad foods, this feels like it's a much more permanent removal. Statistically, most people will fail at a diet, too many changes at once is hard to sustain, or the temporary nature of a 'diet' means they think the end goal is to eat the same junk as before once they hit their goals. Do you see 'diet' as a temporary measure?

yes!!! or let them eat like they do and getting them to start "adding in" important things like protein at every meal and snack first... soon they will realize HOW much better they feel, how much more full they feel doing so, and eventually the crap foods will phase out- no "diet" needed!🥰
Frankincense - What did they know 5,000 years ago?
You may have read about frankincense being gifted, but did you know about the extraordinary healing properties it has? Frankincense has a compound called Boswellic Acid, this is a potent anti-inflammatory, which can help with inflammatory diseases like arthritis, bowel disease, asthma, and many more. - Joint health - Boswellic acid can help reduce joint pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis and other joint problems. It works by inhibiting enzymes and molecules that cause inflammation - Muscle and bone pain - It may also help with other types of musculoskeletal pain, such as pain from tendinopathy and pain induced by aromatase inhibitors.  - - Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD) - Its anti-inflammatory properties can help manage symptoms in conditions like Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.  - Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) - It may help support gastrointestinal health in people with IBS.  - - Asthma - Boswellic acid has shown potential in reducing asthma symptoms, including a decrease in eosinophilic count and ESR.  - - Anticancer effects - Research suggests boswellic acids may have anticancer properties, such as inhibiting the growth of cancer cells.  - Skin health - It can help improve skin conditions like atopic dermatitis by reducing inflammation and repairing the skin barrier.  - Oral health - Due to its antibacterial properties, it may help prevent gum disease and other oral infections.  - Diabetes management - Some studies suggest it may increase HDL ("good") cholesterol and decrease total cholesterol in people with diabetes.

Did you have a moment?
Sadly, most people will wait for a life event to occur, before taking their health and fitness seriously. A break up, an illness diagnoses, what was your reason? Personally i was a division 1 athlete so it has always been for me, but i totally understand why people would brush it off until later in life.

I was sooooo sick all the time and losing so much weight, got diagnosed with celiac disease and it forced me to read the labels on all of my foods - I started loving learning about nutrition, started p90X and learning about lifting and movement (this was like 17-18 years ago) and then realized it was my PASSION😍 and here we are! Helping other people learn too!! Now I look at my autoimmune disease as my blessing in disguise!
