Meditation is important to do everyday. The best times for me are immediately after I wake up, like 5am in the morning to go to God first before anything else. You will be surprised by doing a simple exercise like breathing out of your 3rd eye or creating a grounding cord, how good it feels. Then the rest of the day is based on what you felt and discovered during your time of connection. Life doesn't feel as heavy anymore and you become a bit more at ease through your day.
