What’s been the most effective way for you all to find real, active cash buyers? Do you focus more on networking at auctions, connecting in Facebook groups, or pulling lists through PropStream/PropWire? I’m working on tightening up my buyers list and want to make sure I’m putting my energy in the right spots. What’s been working best for you lately?
