You ladies are going to love Sheila. She is a ball of energy. Lots of books on the horizon.
WHAT AN AMAZING COFFEE HOUR
Ladies, I so love y'all. I told you about my mentor. I emailed him over ten years about a community for women called Mogulmommy. He said it was one of the best ideas he had ever heard. When I finally started the community, Mogulmommy was unavailable, so we pivoted to MogulMOMMAS. You ladies are my dream come true. I am enjoying both giving to you and learning from you. Check the classroom if you'd like to see the video. I was so excited, I forgot to record the first half on Zoom. But you can find it on TikTok. The rest is here in the SKOOL classroom. I LOVE YOU ALLLLLLLL!

It is. And what's amazing is that it doesn't ever come all at once. It comes in inches sometimes. Then you look up and scream, "OH my goodness!"
OK, you want PRACTICAL? I'll give you PRACTICAL! :)
Here's an example of how to have the same meal all week long without it getting stale or boring. Saves times, saves money: MOGULMOMMA ECONOMY OF THOUGHT MEAL PLAN Base Meal: Chicken + Rice + Broccoli Outcome: 5 different meals, ONE DECISION! Grocery List (for the full week) Core Ingredients: - Chicken breast or thighs - Rice - Broccoli Flavor Add-Ons (this is your variety without thinking): - Lemon + garlic + olive oil - Teriyaki sauce - Buffalo sauce + ranch or blue cheese - Taco seasoning + salsa - Curry paste or curry sauce + coconut milk Optional upgrades: - Tortillas (for wraps) - Shredded cheese - Green onions DAY 1: Prep Time (This is the ONLY Day You Have to Think About Dinner) Total time: ~60–75 minutes - Cook all the chicken at the same time (bake, grill, or pan cook) - Make one a big pot of rice - Steam or roast all broccoli - Portion into containers That’s it. You just handled your meals for the week!!!!!!!!! After That, Time per meal: 5–10 minutes All you’re doing is: - Reheating - Adding sauce/seasoning - Day 1: Lemon Chicken Bowl - Add lemon juice, garlic, olive oil - Day 2: Teriyaki Chicken Bowl - Add teriyaki sauce - Day 3: Buffalo Chicken Bowl - Add buffalo sauce + drizzle of ranch - Day 4: Taco Chicken Bowl - Add taco seasoning + salsa - Day 5: Curry Chicken Bowl - Add curry sauce + coconut milk Here’s what this cuts out: - No random grocery trips - No food waste from “ideas that sounded good” - No $20 takeout because you “didn’t feel like cooking” You’re buying in bulk. You're using everything. You're not negotiating with yourself at 7pm. That alone can save hundreds a month without trying. LASTLY - THIS SAVES TIME - Average person spends 30–60 minutes a day thinking about, preparing, or deciding on food - You just cut that down to 5–60 minutes every day. (Remember those slices of time we talked about?) That's hours you can use to:
OK, you want PRACTICAL? I'll give you PRACTICAL! :)
Don’t spend high-value energy on low-value decisions.
I kept thinking about our last coffee hour, how so many of us said the same thing in different ways: “I don’t have time.” But time isn’t always the real problem. Energy is. And if we’re honest, a lot of our best energy gets drained before we ever touch the things that actually build wealth. We burn it on decisions that don’t move the needle. - What to wear. - What to cook. - What font to use. - Which notebook to buy. - Rewriting the same email five times. - What to post and then posting nothing at all. Meanwhile, the real moves sit untouched: - Making the phone call. - Following up. - Writing the chapter or the page or the paragraph or even the line. - Pitching the opportunity. - Making the offer. We're not lazy or unfocused. We’re exhausted… from things that don’t matter. High performers protect their mental energy like it’s cash. Because it is. Look at how some of the most successful men in the world operate when it comes to wardrobe: - Steve Jobs wore the same black turtleneck, jeans, and sneakers almost every day. One less decision. - Mark Zuckerberg rotates through nearly identical gray t-shirts. His logic was simple: save brainpower for building a billion-dollar company. - Barack Obama limited his suit choices to gray or navy. He said he didn’t want to waste decision-making energy on what he wore. - Albert Einstein famously owned multiple copies of the same outfit so he didn’t have to think about clothing at all. - Warren Buffett keeps an extremely simple daily routine and diet, reducing unnecessary choices so he can focus on investing decisions. No time wasted on fashion. It’s about deciding once so you don’t have to decide again. Every tiny decision costs you something. And when you stack enough of them, they quietly rob you of the focus you need to change your life. So here’s the shift: Automate the small stuff. Standardize what you can. Simplify what doesn’t matter. Save your best thinking for the things that actually pay you. Because mogulmomma, you don’t need more time. You need to stop leaking energy.

One of my clients just said to me, "Thought is not free. Every thought costs you something." Wow!
SUMMER IS BOOK TIME
We are entering the first of two major seasons in the year for books: Summertime. I will be focusing much of the rest of this month and June on ratcheting up your book sales. If your book isn't published (or written) and you'd like to start the process, reach out me. My company, 846 Publishing, would be honored to be a part of your writing journey.
