Hi Everyone I am from SW Ontario,Canada. I am post menopausal,have CPTSD and my health has tanked in the last couple of years. Gut health,weight gain,Osteporatic lumbar spine(moderate to severe),mental health. I am here to reach out and be a part of a like minded community who wants to be healthy as we age
