Fellas, we’re closing out the year strong. Some of us feel that we’ve been slipping on consistency — and that’s okay, but we ain’t staying there. Starting today, I’m posting a quick routine every morning to get the blood flowing and prepare our minds and bodies for a consistent 2026. This ain’t about ego or maxing out… This is about showing up, activating, and stacking small wins every morning. The routine is simple: • 10 push-ups • 10 squats • 10 sit-ups • 10 toe touches That’s it. Quick and easy. No warm-up, no equipment, no excuses. I’ll drop a video every morning. Y’all tap in, hit your reps, and check in with the group so we can build this rhythm as brothers.
