Explore the Classroom: Head over to the Classroom tab to access your Exercise Library and the "Lab Manual" on how to track your RPE and metrics. 📊 The Sunday Ritual: Every Sunday is Data Day. You will submit your weekly check-in forms by 11:59 PM. I review every single sheet on Monday morning to pivot your protocol for the following week. This is a space for transparency. If your "Check Engine" light is on (indicating an injury, burnout, or stall), speak up. If you hit a personal best, post it. Logic provides the map. Grit provides the fuel.
