Prospecting New Properties
Hey Everyone! When prospecting new properties, what language has been the best to use to get the conversation going? Are you asking about corporate leasing? What questions/word tracks are you using to escalate the conversation to the decision maker?

Our VA has sent over 1500 emails. Something needs to be tweaked I think. We are not getting conversations out of these. Maybe you or someone can help us take a look at what our VA is doing and give some advice?
