This is kinda outside my wheelhouse, we primarily build wordpress websites but I already need more than 5 workflows for N8N for one client and for me and this client I would need more than 15. You Get The Picture, I need more scalability. I have an EC2 Server I have drummed up an instance and have my ppk file ready, I just dont know how to get n8n on the instance. For some reason I can't instally puTTy on my computer to do the command lines. If anyone has advice on troubleshooting or able to help I would greatly appreciate it.

Chatbot connected to N8n, is there anyone who has a bit sexier interface? I have my clients logo and stuff in there and changed colors but it’s kinda…. Eh. Also has anyone incorporated a form into the chat as a last resort to grab questions that it can’t answer? Even better would be to detect the logged in user in Wordpress their info.

Tech Stack: Chat widget Embed through N8N Supabase Database Outcome needed: I am wanting to add a chat support features as a member support bot for logged in members to my clients site. We have Docs from Google Docs, and all the other pieces of their wordpress website like courses, events, lessons, etc pulled into a Supabase Database. I have those pieces added to supabase so there is content in there that the agent COULD pull from looking at rows. Issue and Needs: Right now I do have when google docs are added to a Google Drive they are being added to the table in Supabase. And the chatbot works when asked about documents that are in the Google Drive and when the chat asks the agent to pull from those other tables it "Looks" like it succeeds (green checks). But the output does not pull from the tables in Supabase at all. I have all these different elements separate so they dont get jumbled or out off wack with management. I spent an hour on the phone with someone this morning that had zero idea on how to fix it and really need to get this fixed ASAP to prove the MVP to my client. Just noticed: Should I use a Tools Agent or an SQL agent for those queries?

Solution: Big shout out to @James Walls for the help. I was trying to reference a vector database when i should have reference the database differently. Once we changed up some prompt details and the database node… worked perfect. Now on to Phase 2, make AI agents to handle the data to report back because when multiple database queries happen it maxes out my Ai tokens and turn pdf’s into vectors as well. Attached is an image of the courses workflow in my Agent sequence. Basically what this is doing is a chat widget that pulls in content put into Supabase, structure also attached. So it looks to be searching the whole database for just our Courses BUT when I ask it to grab the permalink with it, its not pulling the permalink in so that the chat when it displays a Course title it also is the link to the course. I am able to get it to link but I can't seem to get it to reference the permalink. The chat seems to be working and pulling data but I can't get the permalinks. I have asked 3 different AI's to help and they are all telling me to add things after the Retrieve Course module that can't be added there. I already uploaded the course directly into the database so there is a ton of content in there. This is the links I get pulled back: its the current url with "/permalink"

I got my last issue fixed by post so why not. Okay so attached is my workflow and the error message I am getting but crazy enough, the live chat is actually working though its throwing an error. I think I just need to take a break from this becuase the output is pulling relivant courses from the database like it should.
