I have just started a group where I coach plumbing, hence my reason for joining this group as it is related. I basically intend on joining mostly apprentices, as well as DIY's and Handymen, on a live Zoom call. They will show me the problem on camera, then we discuss the best way forward. Not every plumber in business has time to run around advising apprentices, gives them more time to earn top dollar! Always good to have a mentor/plumber on call 😁

Hey everyone, I’m Terry. I run a my business here in Georgia. Been in the service world a long time now. Crews, callbacks, weather delays, slow weeks, all of it. Lately I’ve been experimenting with small systems inside my own business. Stuff like tightening up estimates, follow-up messages, and using ChatGPT to clean up communication. Didn’t expect much from it honestly. But a few small changes made things run smoother. Less back and forth. Faster replies. Fewer things slipping. I joined the group because I like seeing how other operators are handling growth and consistency right now. Always good learning from people actually in the trenches.
