I read some of the older posts of yours and that is awesome it's a huge step a huge commitment and a big old slice of the American dream. Life didn't just happen, as the group name suggests, it was you that made it happen. Never forget that. You took a step many people never take some from fear most from life choices. Owning a home and real property that's the point in which you can truly sit back and say I/we did something significant. I'll not rant here but I will say this. Has anyone here ever stopped to think how momentous it is to own part of the earth, and to have what a large part of the population in the world will never have, the "American dream" in any of its levels and facets is something to be envied, cherished and mostly something to be proud of. My home was destroyed and buisness leveled in one night by an F-5 tornado may 3rd, 1999 Moore, Oklahoma. They wanted to classify it as the first F-6 but they didn't. If anyone is interested in how that terrible night turned into one of my best experiences. I'm trying to show how to always find the silver lining and how to control your perspective on things. Happiness isn't a place an amount or a state of being its a matter of perspective that's the first rule of life
