This really resonates because I had my breaking point recently, when I saw a guy in a wheelchair, struggling to maneuver. It wasn't a motorized chair, he was older, no legs and in his struggle he smiled! As I helped him get on the curve, he thanked me with his smile and said I made his day..??? I didn't understand at the time, but it dawned on me soon after, it's the simple things, gratitude for being able to see another day no matter how hard it is, means there's a chance it can get better!
