This looks like Ashridge House for your scouting jolly! Debbie works there (you are probably looking at her office), and we got married in the Chapel there. Berkhamsted so very accessible. Great spot with great grounds but could be quite pricey?

Tenants and pets!
To dog or not to dog? 🐶 New tenant, new dog, day 1 and the complaints have already started. What would be a reasonable time for neighbours to allow a dog to settle? Feels like a real divide between dog lovers (who say give it time) and non-dog people (who are already over it). Feeling like curling up in a basket myself 😝

Dogs come in many shapes and sizes! Maybe tenant application forms should reflect this; breed, age, vet’s name, qualifications even? Eg my dogs are “PAT qualified” meaning safe to take into nursing homes and hospitals, and Working Cockers, so medium size and amiable!
