🌌 Frequency of the Spiral 🌌 Everything vibrates. The stars, the trees, the oceans, the Earth beneath our feet. Even the crystals resting within this spiral carry their own silent song. Sometimes, as I drift between waking and sleep, I feel vibrations moving through me. In those moments, I wonder if we are tuning into something ancient. Not separate frequencies, but different notes of the same universal melody. Looking at this crystal spiral, I imagine the first spark of creation expanding outward, carrying frequency into form, vibration into matter, and consciousness into life. The galaxies spiral. The seasons spiral. The oak grows in spirals. Even our journeys through life seem to spiral, returning us to lessons with deeper understanding each time. Whether this is truth or simply the way I see the unknown, I cannot say. But I often feel that the universe is not silent. It is singing. And every living thing, every crystal, every star, every soul is part of the same great song. We are not separate from it. We are frequency. We are vibration. We are part of the spiral. ✨🌳💚

I wanted to share my journey learnings of the past 3 years. I've been working with my psychotherapist for 3 years and I'm committed to a 4 year period (my own decision). Year 3 has seen me move naturally into spirituality by my own venture. I believe this is a natural progression and that healing is best practised within the spiritual community due to its deeply intimate connection with my brothers and sisters of the one energy. I know a lot of us are healing from trauma, but I wanted to share the structure and methodology of my Psychotherapy journey as it may help you to break the cycle of looping behaviour. I present to the students of the trauma practitioner course my therapist runs, every year and report my findings. I'm an ongoing recovering case study for the students.
