Sometimes I run into issue in lead databases where I get a 80% reduction in leads because even though I insert the companies LinkedIn URLs, the DB shows them as "Stealth" , and even though it finds the people, it does not have email addresses for any of them. What do yall do in these situations? Is there a way to still get the email addresses in these cases?

I know many people recommend "cold calling" people who replied Interested to the cold email campaign. (Context: This is B2B for Lead Generation in the USA) But what about cold calling in the following scenarios: 1. They were emailed but never replied 2. They have not been emailed yet Any regulations to be concerned with?
