I'm curious 🤔 I'm taking significantly longer to get through the modules because I absolutely have to write down everything - It helps me retain information better than just watching and listening! Does anyone else do the same?

Hi Everyone! I live in South west UK. Joined to coach myself out of depression. Hope to then start a business to help others do the same. Still getting to grips with unlocking tge modules but im going through all the classes. Looking forward to learning more.
