This week's lineup comes straight from Veganish Nigeria and is packed with bold flavors, simple techniques, and recipes that will help you build confidence in the kitchen. 🥣 Monday Menu • Breakfast: Akara Waffles with Smoked Tomato Jam & Coconut Whip • Lunch: Egusi-Braised King Oyster Mushrooms • Dinner: Jollof-Spiced Cauliflower Steak I've also included the grocery list so you can shop once and cook with intention all week.
