I've been at the lowest dose for a long while. my side effects are horrible. Flu like symptoms for 4-5 days and my BP got dangerously low, so I am now trying to split dose the lowest dose to see if that helps. Issue being I have now gained back a lb since split dosing started. Should I try switching to Something else or keep split dosing and see how it goes?

Probably not. Oral GLP´s aint good enough. Even the new Oforglipron by Eli Lilly is only just as good as Semaglutide. Maybe Tesofensine is something u should consider research! I have a subject that is having problems with the GLP-2 and wants to switch it up. Any suggestions?

For fatloss? Retatrutide 3x/week Tesamorelin+ipamorelin before sleep is a good start. What was the problem on GLP-2 (i guess its Tirzepatide)?

I gonna research that soon. Need my answer of LH and FSH hormones first so i know if its necessary. im not researching for sexual health.
