Hello!
Hi everyone, I’m Andrea. I’m a creator, photographer and parent who’s been exploring the intersections of emotional expression, creativity, inner child healing, and more recently neurodivergent understanding and regulation. A lot of my work centers around journals, affirmation cards, and creative tools that help kids and adults feel seen, express emotions, and reconnect with themselves in softer ways. I’m currently in a season of learning and navigating a lot personally while parenting, so I may not always have perfectly polished words - but I am grateful to be here and connect with others who value showing up as human beings first.

Often something along the lines of I choose …. (how I feel and I choose to feel happy/grateful, or to seek joy in all areas of my life, etc)
The "Next Best Move" Framework
When your dreams feel too big, the weight can cause paralysis. Ignore the mountain. Ask: "What is the single best 15-minute task I can finish right now?". Small, consistent wins provide the dopamine needed to sustain effort. Consistency beats intensity every time.

Hi everyone and thank you all for the warm welcome!
What do I have to lose?
That’s the question I asked myself during an awesome zoom call with @Rasheed Hooda. He helped me see that I can just give playing guitar for money a try. Why not? It doesn’t require me to quit my job and if it starts making enough money to pay the bills then I can have way less stress in my life and more capacity to focus on the things I love. Reach out to him, you won’t regret it. You can also checkout his community linked below ⬇️ Embrace Your Inner Weirdo

@Abe Bray I totally understand that fear but I also think when we feel fear about doing something we really want to do then that most definitely means we need to do it!
