Pain will teach you what PRIDE won't allow you to learn!

God has been good to me more times than I know. My takeaway from my morning devotion (YOUR SURRENDERED LIFE WILL AWAKEN OTHERS) is that because I have a relationship with God, others will see Him in me. It has taken me many years to understand why so many people whom I don't know open up to me and release their pain. I've had a few homeless men speak and say something spiritual or compliments that I needed to hear during that time in my life. I even had several people (who don't know me) tell me, 'People need to know your story; you will make a difference in their lives, showing them that they, too, can overcome.' Thank you, @Alex Jones-Cobb, for being one of the BIGGEST ENCOURAGERS of them all. I am in the process of writing my story, but with fictional characters' names. Hmmm (lol)...and people always ask me HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN GOD SPEAKS. I tell them He whispers to me. Come to me through words from other people's mouths, and He speaks to me in my dreams.
