If you do anythinggg this Full Moon love, make it this 👇 1. Sit and feel what is happening in your body, sensations, what you’re feeling, where feels a bit stagnant/stuck 2. Put on a playlist you love (sexy witchy vibes is my go to) and start moving how your body desires! Let it be messy etc. 3. Feel the emotions that come up! Rage equals hit a pillow, sadness = crying, you can be sitting or standing on your feet. Trust your intuition 4. Do not stop until you feel complete, like something has ‘shifted’ in your body and it’s all let out and let go 🙌 5. Re calibrate- spend a few moments with your hand on your heart and what your heart or body is asking if you and if there is a change to make. 6. Promise to hold yourself through this process and I promise you you will feel better after! It’s a BIG feeling Full Moon loves so… let. It. All. Out x
