50 powerful coaching questions (do u want a copy?)
i didn't create the coaching biz i have now JUST bc i understand biz stuff (offers, messaging, enrollment skills, & how to get people to want ur shit) i also built it bc i am good at what i do i strengthened my COACHING muscle relentlessly but it wasn't always this way before coaching was second nature, i used to sit with a list of 50 powerful coaching questions in front of me that I collected over the years from different places, coaches, events, and so on i always had a deep question to ask my clients to help them have an insight or create a shift they served me well but now, it's time for them to serve others i want you to have them if u want them so we're giving them to anyone who wants em comment "50" and we'll get them over to ya mushhhh 🍄‍🟫 love to y'all!

Looks like a great time, I would absolutely love to go to the next one!
Currently wrapped in a blanket and refusing to move 🤒
You cannot pour from an empty cup. Nurses are the first ones to tell patients to rest, slow down, drink water, take their medicine, and the last ones to do it for themselves. Had to be forced off my feet today to remember that I am not exempt from needing rest. And neither are you. Your finances, your patients, your family… none of it works better when you are running on empty. So today's question is simple 👇 What is ONE thing you do (or wish you did) to actually take care of yourself? No judgment. Rest counts. Netflix counts. Sleeping in counts. Drop it below let's normalize nurses taking care of nurses. 💚

Recently I have been through a lot—losing several family members, navigating some relationship hardships, and I’ve also quit drinking. It’s definitely been a season of change, and I’m realizing it’s time to find new ways to fill my cup. For a long time my routine was simple: a yummy alcoholic drink, a show, and off to bed. (Not that it really helped much—but it was the habit.) Now I’m looking for healthier ways to feel good and recharge. One thing I truly love is starting my mornings with a cup of coffee on the couch, snuggled up with my puppies. That’s my first go-to for a little peace. Now I’m exploring what this new normal looks like and finding other ways to refill my cup. I also love yoga and the gym—I just need to work them back into my routine again. Here’s to discovering new ways to top off the cup. ☕✨
Getting started
I am curious regarding everyone’s experience in starting their coaching business. 1. What is the biggest hurdle you encountered? 2. Have you made any decisions or mistakes that you regret and would steer others clear from? 3. Is there anything you would have done differently? 4. Tips & tricks for a beginner? I appreciate any input given! Thank you!

@Jenny Landis knowing that my hurdles are in line with others. Knowing that, I just need to move forward and work through the fear and stay consistent.
