Most cleaners aren’t underpaid. They’re under-structured.
This might ruffle feathers, but I’m saying it anyway. I see cleaners constantly saying: “Clients won’t pay more.” “The market is saturated.” “People don’t respect cleaning.” I’ve been in this industry 15+ years. Solo. Referral-only. Six figures. The problem usually isn’t the client. It’s: - No clear pricing logic - No boundaries - Saying yes to everything - Confusing busy with profitable I didn’t make more money by cleaning faster. I made more money by deciding what I will and will not do. Curious… 👉 What do you think is the hardest part of charging what you’re worth right now?

I feel right now it's hard as a cleaning company to compete with $20 and hour cleaners. I dont budge on my prices because you get what you pay for. Customers sometimes want to always find the the cheapest.
