Business is hard!
Employees are hard! Anyone been in charge of employees, wanted them to do the right thing without having to fire and train new ones?? We love our employees but small things like being late everyday is annoying!

People management is BY FAR the hardest part of running a biz. If you want ot make it work, you have to communicate often and clearly. The secret is aligning expectations, make what you expect clear to them from the hiring process. Then every 2 weeks (I used to do this on Friday's) set a quick feedback chat about what they are delivering and what needs to be adjusted. This keeps things clear and makes them pretty aware if they are underperforming, while both giving them a chance to pick up, or understand if they are let go.
Dad wins??
Any dad wins from Monday??

Never.Miss.An.Event.Ever. no matter the circumstances, I was always there for every single show, presentation, exhibit or whatever the school, sports, or other activities would come up with 🙂
Time managements.
Having kids is hard. Another hard thing is changing your schedule every week. Every week they wake up at different times but still seem to only go to bed when I say go to bed haha. I get almost 8 hours of sleep but still tired. How do you find balance when the scale is constantly tipping one way or another?

Bro, you are probably not gonna like what I will say, but I have to. Kids need a routine. It gives them a sense of safety, since they know what comes next. So try to keep the times around the same for every daily activity, but most importantly the order, so they know after dinner comes teeth brushing, story time, and sleep time. They might resist it, and for sure they will test if they can break the routine, but after a while they come to accept it, and it makes your life so much easier 😉

@Mike Robinson ah yeah 1 y.o. is still too small to even understand what a routine is, its just different biological needs.
Q4
Is Q4 busy or slow for your industry? What do you do to fix it? For us it’s busy season and we have a list of about 15 people we can call for help where we need it. And we’re going to need it!

For me its the busiest, since Black Friday/Cybermonday and then Christmas are huge for people who sell online.
Promotion!
I have just recently become the manager of Studio 131 weddings and events! I’m excited. It should come with a raise soon too! Haha.
