I'm thinking about adding HDIV to my RRSP portfolio but wanted to get some feedback. Two quick questions. 1. Do you think with all the success the EFT has had, they will increase their distributions? 2. If not, do you think it's still a good buy now for the long-term or are there better options?

Dip Buy: the stock was down -34% in the previous 3 months. Their last purchase was 626 days ago. 2 other insiders also purchased the stock in the last 30 days. - Chief Sales Officer at ACV Auctions Inc. $ACVA purchased $1.00M (first-ever purchase). This increased their listed holdings by 60%. Dip Buy: the stock was down -42% in the previous month. Reversal: they made 25 straight sales before this purchase. 1 other insider also purchased the stock in the last 30 days. - Director (Mulligan Donal L) at TENNANT CO $TNC purchased $504.13K (largest purchase ever, out of 6). This increased their listed holdings by 40%. Dip Buy: the stock was down -24% in the previous week.
