My intention for today (wrote this at the gym this morning): I am creating a life where abundance and presence circulates luxuriously. My health is fully optimized. My gifts uplift people and opportunities aligned with my highest individual and collective Good naturally appear. My Life is AWESOME! 💫

Our deepest spiritual work is often not learning something new, but remembering what has always been true. This week's Practice of Remembering invites us to rest in the awareness that we are not separate from the Source of Life. As you move through your day, return gently to this affirmation: I Am One with the Infinite Presence That Sustains All Life. Repeat it with your breath. Let it settle into your heart.
