@Debbi DiMaggio I wish I was closer, but I’m actually on the opposite side of the country in Georgia! I’m a former attorney and clinical social worker, now a licensed Realtor. I run two Skool communities, one supporting co-parents navigating conflict with peace, and another helping homebuyers get ready to own with confidence.

The Mindset In Motion Method - My Latest Book
My husband and I are flying to New York to visit our daughter. I'm always excited to see her, as well as to immerse myself into all things Manhattan. --I'm starting off day one with a visit to our Corcoran office on the Upper East Side to attend their office meeting, connect with the agents ( it's always a great idea to get to know your colleagues, you never know where that next referral may come from ) and to present my upcoming book - The Mindset In Motion Method, Transform Your Thinking. I'll outline how I created the Method by reverse engineering my own goals and ideas into reality. I'll share how I ran the LA Marathon on mindset alone leading up to my 60th birthday. If you'd like to learn how you can conquer your goals, let's chat. We will begin with a 50 minute consultation/conversation, and you will receive a copy of my 10 page Mindset In Motion Method Workbook. In the meantime, you can pre-order my book, The Mindset In Motion Method, for $15.00. ($20.00 when it goes out to the public.) The link for both can be found in my Classroom and below. Please be sure to include your email and mailing address. Pre Order Link: https://buy.stripe.com/14A00l6O9gUjfSc0yB0Fi02

Kindness + Good Service Creates Loyalty
Every time Adam and I are at a hotel and we receive amazing service, I always say, “Oh, I love this place! Everyone is so nice!” And Adam inevitably replies, “Well, of course—they’re paid to be nice.” And I always say, I don’t care! It still makes me so happy. I had the same experience recently at an Apple Store. Normally, walking into an Apple Store stresses me out—I dislike the waiting, the lines, and the feeling that you’re just a number. But the Apple Stores I’ve been to in LA and New York have always treated me with fast, excellent service. It reminded me: wherever you are, whatever you do, providing excellent service with kindness is everything. I don’t care if you’re being paid to do it or not—if you’re doing the job, do it with compassion and care. There’s nothing better than that. .

@Debbi DiMaggio, I'm the same way as you. I always notice when someone goes the extra mile with warmth and care, it completely changes how I experience a place or person for that matter. I always try to ensure that I go the extra mile and provide excellent service too.
Words Matter. They can lift someone up — or cut them down.
Hi Debbi, It was so good seeing you yesterday. Listening to all the amazing things you’re doing in your life like your podcast & book you are writing left me inspired. I honestly don’t know how you find the time or where all your energy comes from, but it’s truly magnetic. Keep being an inspiration. -P I just love this text that came through my phone the other day. Her words elevated me at a time when I really needed a boost and it certainly brightened my day. 🙃 At a recent charity meeting — one that was meant to bring people together in support of children and families — I experienced the sting of unkind words. It surprised me, especially in a setting created for good. I’ve thought about it long enough, and I felt compelled to share this reminder: Whether you’re speaking with family, friends, colleagues, or clients — lead with kindness. Words carry energy. They can heal, inspire, and create connection. Or they can wound and divide. Choose the first. ✨ Sprinkle kindness generously — it costs nothing, and it makes everyone, including you, more beautiful. https://www.instagram.com/p/DP4jQwPkgtM/?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==
