Good Wednesday everyone 💜
Earlier this week, we began exploring the Crown Chakra — the stage connected to meaning, trust, wisdom, and our relationship with something greater than ourselves. And perhaps this energy becomes most visible when life does not give us clear answers. Sometimes we try to understand everything. Control the outcome. Find certainty. Or make sense of what may not yet be ready to make sense. Other times we disconnect. We become cynical. Lose trust. Feel separate from life. Or search for something “higher” while forgetting the ordinary, human experience in front of us. The Crown Chakra is not about having all the answers. It is about creating space for mystery, meaning, and the possibility that not everything has to be understood before it can be lived. ✨ A small moment for today: When life feels uncertain, what do you tend to do? Do you search for answers? Try to control? Pull away? Or can you sometimes stay open and let clarity arrive in its own time? Just notice what feels true for you today. ✨ And if you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear what you notice 🙏 Wishing you a beautiful Wednesday in flow ✨

There was a time in my life that I would have tried to control, but in this season I am much more confident to let things go and see where they fall. Quite often the answers present themselves and we find that we spent all this time trying to figure out what to do and then one variable changes and everything pivots.
Good Monday everyone 💜
This week, we continue our journey through the chakras as stages of development — and move into the Crown Chakra. Within this developmental chakra model, the Crown Chakra is associated with the years around 43–49 and beyond — a stage connected to meaning, wisdom, trust, and our relationship with something greater than ourselves. It can be a time of asking: What gives my life meaning? What do I trust when I cannot see the whole path? Can I allow life to be larger than what I understand? The Crown Chakra relates to connection, inner meaning, wisdom, consciousness, and the experience of being part of something greater. It is not about leaving the body or escaping everyday life. It is about allowing insight, presence, and meaning to become part of how we live. ✨ A small moment for today: If you pause for a moment… When do you feel most connected to meaning, trust, or something greater than yourself? ✨ And if you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear what you notice 🙏 Wishing you a beautiful Monday in flow ✨

I'm right in this stage. What gives my life meaning. I'm starting to feel so much more alignment and even feeling more confident in my own skin as I lean into the path of the green witch, learning about moon phases and energy and intention setting. It's helping me feel confident that what I'm doing in this stage of my life, starting a women's wellness group here on Skool, and getting my life coaching certification, it's my true path. Thank you for all this info, it's part of a larger whole for me.
Good Wednesday everyone 💙
Earlier this week, we explored the Third Eye Chakra —our inner vision, intuition, and ability to recognize what feels true. But inner knowing is not always easy to hear. Sometimes it gets covered by noise. Too many opinions. Too much information. Overthinking. Doubting. Searching outside ourselves for confirmation. And sometimes fear can sound a lot like intuition. Fear often feels urent. Tight. Restless. It wants an answer now. Inner knowing can be quieter. It may arrive as a simple sense. A clear image. A gentle yes. Or the feeling that something is not quite right — even before we can explain why. The Third Eye Chakra invites us to notice the difference between thinking harder — and seeing more clearly. ✨ A small moment for today: When you are unsure about something, what do you usually do? Do you trust your first sense? Overthink it? Ask many people? Or wait until the answer feels clearer within you? Just notice your pattern. ✨ And if you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear what you notice 🙏 Wishing you a beautiful Wednesday in flow ✨

Learning not to overthink it but to trust in my ability to handle what is passed to me.
Good Monday everyone 💙
This week, we continue our journey through the chakras as stages of development —and move into the Third Eye Chakra. Within developmental chakra model, the Third Eye is associated with the years around 35–42 — a stage connected to insight, inner vision, intuition, and the ability to see our lives from a wider perspective. It can be a time of asking: Can I trust what I see? Can I listen to my inner knowing? Can I recognize what is true for me — beyond expectations, habits, and old ways of thinking? The Third Eye Chakra relates to insight, intuition, imagination, inner vision, and our ability to see beyond what is immediately visible. It is not about rejecting logic. It is about allowing reason, experience, and intuition to work together. Sometimes we feel clear. Connected to our direction. Able to trust what we sense. Other times we overthink, doubt ourselves, or search outside ourselves for answers we may already carry within. ✨ A small moment for today: If you pause for a moment… When do you feel most connected to your own inner knowing? ✨ And if you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear what you notice. Wishing you a beautiful Monday in flow ✨

I feel like I am becoming very connected with my intuition and leaning into the trusting myself.
Hi everyone 💚
This week, we continue our journey through the chakras as stages of development — and move into the Heart Chakra. The Heart Chakra develops around the ages of 4–7 years — a stage where we begin discovering something deeply human: Am I loved? Can I trust? Can I stay open and still be myself? This is often the time where children begin learning about connection, friendship, care, belonging, and what it feels like to both give and receive love. The Heart Chakra relates to love, compassion, trust, connection, and allowing ourselves to remain open to life. And throughout life, many of us continue moving in and out of these themes again and again. Sometimes we feel open, warm, connected, and supported. Other times we protect ourselves. Pull back. Give too much. Or forget to include ourselves in the love we offer to others. ✨ A small moment for today: If you pause for a moment… When do you feel most open and connected in your life? ✨ And if you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear what you notice. Wishing you a beautiful day in flow ✨

When I'm sitting with my coffee on the back patio watching all the birds interact, the chickens following the horse around and listening to all the bees and hummingbirds. No phone, no music, no talking, just the sound of nature and the breeze moving all the leaves and trees. It's my happiest, where I feel connected to myself and to the land I care for.
