Assalamu Alaikum everyone,
I have two questions regarding Upwork proposals, and I would really appreciate your guidance. 1. How do you write an Upwork proposal that immediately grabs the client's attention? What structure or style do you personally use, and what should be included to increase the chances of getting a reply? 2. What are the biggest mistakes freelancers make while sending proposals on Upwork? Also, if possible, could you share a proposal template or example that has worked well for you? Thank you in advance for your advice!

Day 6 Journal – 13/07/2026
Today, I completed the "What is Freelancing?" and "Freelancing Guide" lessons from the Learn Smart Freelancing, Earn Halal course. These lessons gave me a clear understanding of what freelancing really is. I learned that freelancing is more than just earning money online it's about providing value, building trust with clients, and treating your work like a professional business. One of the biggest lessons from today was that success in freelancing depends on much more than technical skills. A successful freelancer needs self-discipline, effective time management, clear communication, consistent quality, and a commitment to continuous improvement. I also learned the importance of building a strong portfolio, maintaining good client relationships, improving negotiation skills, managing finances wisely, and creating a healthy work-life balance. These are all essential habits for long-term success. My biggest takeaway today is that freelancing is a long-term journey that requires consistency, professionalism, and continuous learning. If I focus on improving my skills and delivering quality work every day, I can build a successful and halal freelancing career. Action Plan: - Continue learning every day. - Build my portfolio with real projects. - Improve my communication skills. - Stay disciplined and consistent. - Apply what I learn instead of only watching lessons. Alhamdulillah, another step forward. InshaAllah, I will continue posting my daily progress and stay consistent with my learning journey.

Day 4 Journal – 12/06/2026
Today’s class “Rewire Your Brain – Train Your Subconscious Mind” really made me think. I realized that real change doesn’t just come from learning new information, but from actually working on my thoughts, emotions, and actions every day. I also learned that I should not believe every thought automatically, instead I should observe them and become more aware of what’s going on in my mind. One important thing I understood is that when thoughts, feelings, and words all work together, they slowly become beliefs and get stored in the subconscious mind. Today’s biggest lesson for me was taking 100% responsibility—no excuses, no blaming others, just focusing on my own actions and growth. I also learned the importance of deep focus (like 90-minute distraction-free work), fast execution (2-minute rule and acting within 24 hours), mental strength to handle failures, and building high-income skills for the future. Overall, I feel success is mostly about mindset and discipline, and if I can control my mind, I can slowly change my life.

Day 3 Journal 11/06/2026
Today I completed the "Pyramid of Learning" lesson. This lesson helped me understand that learning alone is not enough. Real progress happens when we take action and apply what we learn in a practical way. My biggest takeaway today is that consistency and action go hand in hand. Small efforts made every day can lead to significant results over time. Right now, I am also working through another lecture and taking notes alongside it to better understand and retain the information.
