String of great days
My calories have been a little over my targets, which I think is fine since I have Carbon Diet Coach set to “aggressive weight loss”. The big win is lots of good quality time with my family. Lots of laughs, lots of good core memories.

No, Coach. My weight has been flucuating wildly the last several days. I live in the Twin Cities and ICE is in town. Their presence is causing a lot of stress in me, my family and friends. They were in the parking lot of my job, running license plates to target people. I haven't GAINED weight... I'm still down the 11lbs. I lost in December. Thanks for checking in. That helps me mentally. It helps me refocus on what's most important for me and my family.
Gonna be a good day
I woke up again. Going to make good choices and be the best version of myself. LFG! 💪🏼

@Shark Grebeniuk pretty well. My workout was good. Knee rehab exercises were pain-free. Macros were close to target… about 100 calories over. Same food I normally eat, just a little more of it because I’m still sick and need nutrition.
Good day.
Today’s win: I was able to balance on my right foot for 2 minutes straight. Now I need to build on that and hit 2min consistently. Today’s failure: wanted to increase the number of flights of stairs I climb this week but my right knee had other plans. I’m determined to strengthen my joints while working pain-free so a few modifications are needed. Fewer stairs, more isometric holds. Calorie and macro targets were successful. Sleep well, brothers. We get to try again tomorrow.
Good day.
Daily Macros for the week
Goal to lose 12lbs. in the next 8 weeks. Very achievable. Holiday stress has passed but we ate still fighting cold/flu germs at home. I’ve been working out at home so I don’t get gym members sick. 💪🏼 Yesterday’s step count.

@Shark Grebeniuk Current weight: 212.4lbs. Goal (birthday: 3/3): sub 200lbs. Sooo… lose 13lbs or more. Very doable
Day 49 of the cut (New Year’s Eve)
Today is a huge win for me because most of the years of my life New Year’s Eve was a binge eating day for me. You know what’s crazy? I was at the dinner table with my family and there was all kinds of foods that I used to binge on in the past but I didn’t want it. I wasn’t even resisting or trying to fight the temptation… I wasn’t even tempted. I learned my lessons: - to love the foods that love me back - to eat until satisfied not until stuffed - eat to live not live to eat - Nothing tastes better than being in great shape . I’m proud of myself for how I faced this day. The identity shift is real. The alignment is real. I’m so grateful. It was an awesome day and priceless time with my family. Thank God for everything.

That’s awesome! Making great memories AND accepting your true self. That’s my hope for 2026… to transform into the jacked nerd I have always been. LFG, Coach!! 💪🏼🥊💥☠️
