Title says it all. Ngl, this has been rough and whiskey is on my mind a lot. Went out on a date night with my wife and stuck with water. No cocktails, no sodas, just water. That’s this week’s win. Let’s F*ckin Go! 💪🏼
I had a lot more veggies today so my fat intake was much lower but I didn’t hit my protein target, which is my most important macro. Adjusting meal prep for tomorrow. Also, I wasn’t terribly hungry all day. Felt more satiated.
I eat too many things that contain a lot of fat. #Embarrassing Going to the grocery store tomorrow to stock up on fruit and veggies. Learning and make improvements.
