Anyone interested in a similar workflow or custom workflow, please DM below is an example purpose, features added and a Loom video demonstration Basecamp Automation Purpose: This automation is designed to automatically create task plans for specific individuals (like sales reps or contractors) when a new task is created with the keyword “take-off” in the title. Features; Step 1: Trigger Condition - The automation triggers only when a new task is created in a specific list. - The task title must end with “take-off” (e.g., “John Take-off”). Step 2: Automation Activation - Once triggered, the automation extracts the person’s name from the task title (e.g., “John”). Step 3: Task Generation - The automation creates two sets of tasks for that person: One set for the Sales Representative One set for the Contractor - Each set contains 5 different tasks (e.g., “John Plan Quote A,” “John Plan Quote B,” etc.). Step 4: Dynamic Personalization - The automation dynamically adapts to the name in the original “take-off” task. - For example: “John Take-off” creates tasks for John. “Sarah Take-off” creates tasks for Sarah. Step 5: Plan Requirement - The automation is not currently running because it requires multi-step logic. - This multi-step logic needs an upgrade to the Zapier Pro Plan. Anyone interested in a similar workflow or custom workflow, please DM below is an example purpose, features added and a Loom video demonstration Circle Product Purchase + Onboarding Emails Purpose; To automatically onboard users based on which product they purchase—either “Accelerator” or “Light”—using Circle, Zapier, and an email onboarding sequence. Features; Step 1: Define Products in Circle - Your Circle community has two products: Accelerator Light Step 2: Tag Members Upon Purchase - When a member purchases a product, Circle automatically tags them: Purchasers of Light get tagged as "Light" Purchasers of Accelerator get tagged as "Accelerator" Step 3: Zapier Monitors Tag Assignments - Zapier watches for new tag assignments in Circle. - A filter step in Zapier checks the tag: If the tag is "Light," it triggers the Light onboarding automation If the tag is "Accelerator," it triggers the Accelerator onboarding automation Step 4: Add User to Email Onboarding Sequence - Based on the tag, the user is added to the corresponding email sequence: Light buyers enter the Light onboarding email sequence Accelerator buyers enter the Accelerator onboarding email sequence Step 5: Implement Delay Before Onboarding - A 3-day delay is set in the workflow. - After 3 days, the user automatically starts receiving the onboarding emails.
