Going from 10k to 20k
What would you say is the path to going from 10k months to 20k months if you DON'T want to do high-ticket offers? I'm an ADHD coach and right now I have a membership (its only 2 months old and I have 34 members at $99/month — yay for Skool!!). I also have 2 digital products: a self-study course on time management for $49. That course has done $21k since I launched beginning of August. I also just launched a brand new 3-week time management challenge I just launched this week for $69. So far I've had 22 join the challenge (launched it Monday). My funnels are Instagram (I have around 75k followers) and a newsletter (about 3k subs) but definitely most of my sales come from IG. But that's it, just those two portals. Would now be the time to look into ads? Should I look into doing a free webinar or some other freebie? I feel like I should be building more trust with my audience. My plan is keep doing this challenge and try to funnel those folks into my membership. But I could be missing something more effective!
How to get ‘em people engaged?
Finally, we’ve got 17 people inside SKOOL but I’m still wondering how to get them engaged? Only one has been :( What would you do to get the ignition up and running?

I have 14 members and its also crickets, but when I re-launch for blach friday I'm going to do the following right from the beginning: - Accountability Monday: what are you going to accomplish this week that you’ve been avoiding (it can be ANYthing, even just showing up to our weekly call) - Take Away Wednesday: What was your biggest take away from today’s call - Fun Friday: Share a GIF that shows how your week went
Stuck on the landing page
Hi everyone! I'm doing the Sprint and am pretty set on making an external landing page for my paid community. I'm an ADHD coach and because this will be a higher ticket membership ($99/month) I feel like a full sales page with more graphics and testimonials from my clients will convert better than the Skool landing page. (No hate to the simple landing page!! I just have had way better turnaround with branded sales pages because my nurture platform is currently only IG and a newsletter, so I don't really do a lot of long-form selling). Anyway, I was planning on using Thrivecart for payment and then using Zapier to automatically invite members, but my question is about cancelling. If a member cancels their membership, is there a way to automatically remove them from the group using a Zap? Has anyone ever tried this before? Another option I was considering is having my sales page just send them to the Skool landing page, which would send them to a payment page, but then would that be too many pages?! I LOVE the feature of seeing how many members I have at each price point, and I don't think Thrivecart would allow me to do this. Curious how Kajabi and Skool are working out for you, @Megan King ? @Mariah Coz would also love to hear your thoughts on this if you have the time! ❤️

@Mariah Coz Do you think it's worth it to do it that way? I'm just worried people will drop off from having to click through an additional page and then also having to create a Skool account before paying. Also, I was thinking of running promos in the future where the first month is 25% off, so using a coupon code, I wouldn't be able to do that through Skool would I?
Private threads?
Does anyone know if you can create private threads on Skool? That would only be accessible to certain people? I was thinking of having a tiered incentive in my membership where you would get access to a VIP thread if you've been in it for 6 months.

@Nikki Peterson Would you mind sharing a screenshot? I'm not sure I understand how people would converse. I just looked at one of my courses and didn't see that option. Thank you for your help!!

Recommendation for Paid Ads: Intentional Spark
Hey all! I've gotten a few questions about who I'd recommend for paid ads. I really enjoy working with Tony Rulli and his team (Intentional Spark) for our paid ad campaigns. They are super knowledgable, creative, and great at communication (which is rare!) https://www.intentionalspark.com/ I'm not an affiliate, just have had a great experience with them and have gotten questions about who I recommend. Who here is running paid ads now? Who is thinking about it?

Hi @Mariah Coz! how much of your customer base comes from ads? Like if you had to guess percentage wise? Or is it hard to tell?
